Intelligence brief

An intelligence brief answers five questions about an account: what's the angle, who to contact, what the tech intel says, which teams are the best fit, and what's changed recently. Each brief is built from your company's ICP, alert prompts, and sales plays, so the angle it identifies and the contacts it prioritizes reflect your specific sales motion — not a generic company overview.

Where to find it

Intelligence briefs are available on every organization page in Sumble. Open any org — from a search result, a signal in your feed, or an account list — and look for the Intelligence brief tab at the top of the page.

If a brief hasn't been generated yet, clicking the tab starts generation automatically.

What's in a brief

Each brief covers five sections:

What's the angle

The single most interesting entry point for this account, drawn from everything else in the brief. Specific and actionable — a sentence or two on what makes this account worth pursuing and where to start.

Who to contact

The people at this organization scored against your ICP target profile, ranked by fit. Each contact links directly to their full profile in Sumble. Where your Salesforce integration is connected, the brief also shows which contacts are already in your CRM and which are net-new.

The Intel

How the organization's tech stack intersects with what you sell — competitive technologies in use, complementary tools they've adopted, and headcount trends in the job functions you target.

Best fit teams

The teams inside the organization most relevant to your sale, based on the technologies and job functions in their recent hiring. Helps you focus on the right part of the business rather than the org as a whole.

Recent changes

Signals Sumble has detected for this organization — technology adoption events, hiring accelerations, key new hires — drawn from your configured signal types, or from Sumble's automatic detection on Free and Pro plans.

Freshness

Briefs stay cached until the information used to build them changes. When the newest input is more recent than the oldest section, Sumble refreshes the full brief in the background. You can continue exploring the rest of the page while it generates, and the brief updates when it is ready.

For programmatic access, intelligence briefs are also available via the API.
