# Data exports

Exports let you download search results from Sumble as CSV files. You can export organizations, people, or job postings.

## Export types

| Type | Available from | Key columns included |
| ----------------- | -------------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Organizations** | Organization search page | Name, domain, industry, headcount, HQ location, technologies, job functions |
| **People** | People search page, organization people tab | Name, title, organization, job function, job level, location, LinkedIn URL |
| **Jobs** | Jobs search page, organization job posts tab | Title, organization, team, technologies, job function, location, date posted |

## How to export

1. Run a search and apply any filters you want
2. Click the **Export** button at the top of the results
3. Use the slider to select how many rows to include (up to 10,000)
4. Review the credit cost shown — it reflects your filters and row count
5. Click **Export** to confirm and download the CSV

The export preview shows the first 10 rows so you can verify the data before committing credits.

If your CRM is connected, you can narrow an export by your own account data first. See [Filter and sort by CRM data](/system-setup-and-configuration/crm/crm-columns.md).

## Credit costs

Export costs depend on the type and filters applied:

* **Organizations** — 1 credit per row, plus 1 credit per row for each paid column you include. Name, Domain, Alternative names and Alternative domains are part of the row price. Every other column is paid. Seven columns are priced per term: Technologies, Primary vendors, Job functions, Projects, Job levels, Headcount growth YoY and Job posts growth YoY. They list the matching terms from your filters, such as the technologies you searched for, and appear only when there are some and their column is shown in the results table. Every term you pick costs 1 credit per row, however many columns it adds. The drawer starts with Name, Domain, Employees, Teams count, Tech jobs and Last job post ticked and no terms picked, so an export you leave as it is costs 5 credits per row.
* **People** — 1 credit per person
* **Contact lists** — 1 credit per row, plus 1 credit per row for each paid column you include. Name, Role and Date added are part of the row price. Organization, LinkedIn URL, Teams, Job function, Start date, Job level, Location and Country are paid. The drawer starts with Name, Role, Date added and Organization ticked, so an export you leave as it is costs 2 credits per row. Email and Phone add no column charge. They cost 10 and 80 credits for each one we find. Misses are free, and so are contacts you've already revealed.
* **Jobs** — 1 credit per row, plus 1 credit per row for each paid column you include. Only the job title is part of the row price; every other column is paid. The drawer starts with Job title, Organization and Date & time pulled ticked, so an export you leave as it is costs 3 credits per row. It shows the total before you confirm.

See [Credits](/web-app/exports-credits/credits-and-exports.md) for details on monthly allocations and purchasing additional credits.

## Export history

All your exports are saved at [Account > Exports](https://sumble.com/account/exports). You can re-download previously generated files from there.

## Row limits

Exports are limited to 10,000 rows per download. If your search returns more results than that, the export will include the top 10,000 by the current sort order. Adjust your filters to narrow the results if needed.
