# Contact lists

Contact lists help you keep track of key stakeholders across your accounts so you can engage with precision, not guesswork. Contact lists let you group and revisit the people who matter most. Instead of scrambling to remember who you reached out to or about that person you thought might be an influencer, you can save them to account list in Sumble.

## Create a contact list

### From the contact list menu

1. Go to the contact list menu on the right, <img src="/files/azb0ZWyDcgZVLgzqfSDq" alt="" data-size="line">
2. Click `New list`
3. Name the list

### From a person page

From any person page you can see which of your contact lists they are currently in and optionally add them to an existing/new list.

1. Click the pill next to the `List` section: <img src="/files/STG7Bk79tKCXm1scKjLS" alt="" data-size="line"> <img src="/files/ZkUmE3FKtPSpGSsrJeFs" alt="" data-size="line">
2. Click `Add to new List...`

### From a person table

If you have the `Actions` column active on a person table you can add many contacts to a list/make a new list quickly

1. Click the `+` symbol on the right side of the people table header
2. Check `Actions`
3. Choose `Add to List`
4. Click `Add to new List...`

## Use a contact list

Go to the contact list menu on the right, <img src="/files/azb0ZWyDcgZVLgzqfSDq" alt="" data-size="line"> , and select the list you want to inspect. You'll see all the people in the list with their information all together.
